Hollow clay bricks 200 mm thick externally and 100 mm thick internally.

WALL FINISHES
a) External: Two coats of plaster and sprits (tyroleen finish). b) Internal: Three coats of plaster and then three coats of emulsion. c) Bathrooms : Ceramic tiles at £8/m2 . d) Kitchen : Ceramic tiles at £10/m2 between floor and wall mounted cabinets.

FLOORS - Top
Living area, bedrooms and kitchen, ceramic tiles at £6/m2. Verandas, or ceramic tiles £6/m2. Bathroom, cloakroom, ceramic tiles at £8/m2. Basement and store areas, concrete with screed surface

STAIRCASE
Internal staircase will be made of marble matching the chosen ceramic floor.

ROOF
Reinforced concrete slab insulated with 3mm waterproof membrane and with Spanish style red tiles.

DOORS AND WINDOWS
Internal doors in MDF or veneer MDF shop painted. Front door of solid wood and kitchen door of white glazed aluminum. Glazed doors and windows of white double-glazed sliding aluminum.

WARDROBES AND KITCHEN UNITS - Top
Internally melamine finish with doors in MDF, or veneer MDF shop painted. Appliances are not included.

SANITARY FITTINGS
Good quality sanitary fittings, European origin .

PLUMBING AND SANITARY INSTALLATIONS
PVC pipes for drainage, Pipe in Pipe system for cold and and hot water supply.

WATER SUPPLY
Solar and electric heater at roof level with a 1000 Lt. capacity cold water tank. Fresh water supply to kitchen sink and the garden.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION - Top
Adequate number of power points, light, telephone and TV points. Three double sockets, one TV point, one Telephone point in each room. At least one light point in each room, an external light on each outside door and patio door.

SUNDRIES
Plot will be fenced and garden will be provided with topsoil.
Mild steel single pedestrian and car double gates will be provided and installed. Car port area will be of concrete surface. Provision for the installation of Air Conditioning units will be made in all bedrooms and sitting room.
